The staff and service were super awesome, but the carpet in the room was very dirty and the hot water in the shower was not consistent, turning hot to cold during showers. but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Rembrandt is not how it used to be. It's like a war zone now with all the restrictions and the main door of the hotel locked with very few staffs. I hope it will return to its nice and cozy atmosphere very soon.

Staff was amazing! Courteous and well put together. However, the rooms need updating in terms of airconditioning and freshness of the facilities. We appreciate their efforts of transferring us to new rooms when the first we were given were a bit humid. We had no issues with the staff courtesy though.

Some rooms in our floor were under repair, it was dusty outside of our room and noisy because of some drilling done on the rooms being repaired. I understand that repairs are necessary but not on areas which have guests. It was quite disturbing.
