This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We love it for its convenience and, most importantly, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely will be back!

Overall as usual my stay was great! Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Though i had issue when i booked, again the breakfast buffet was impressive, the kakanin is good options to have. Though theres one thing that the property could check, the drain in the washroom has smell going on, other than that its been great! Would definitely stay again!

My family stayed here 2 years ago, my son a year ago and my sisters and I this last week. hotel Kimberly didn’t disappoint! Close to the airport, malls and historic Manila!

The buffet breakfast was very nice and delicious, but the room cleaning service/maintenance was awful. They removed items from our room without informing us, and covered it up by saying that the food item removed was nearly out-of-date. However, there were other food items with similar expiry dates on them. They also regularly overcharged for laundry, by either giving us inflated weights for our dirty clothes or claiming for stains where there were none. It was indeed very dishonest of them.
