The shower head & bed should be replaced in their new capex. Water pressure from the shower head was not strong enough. Bed was way too soft & used that it was arched in the middle only after 1 night of sleep. I am only a 70kg. Unpleasant sleep experience.

On day one of our stay the refrigerator broke down, but this was replaced with a chiller within an hour of our reporting this. The housekeeping was brilliant, Girlie was always nearby to provide us with anything that we needed, like extra coffee, tea etc. Bed was comfortable and room kept clean. We felt like part of the family and were treated very well by all staff. The only negative thing to mention is that we feel that the furniture in the lobby may need to be reupholstered. The hotel is in a central position to all shopping centres. And if a grab transport was needed, the girls at the front desk was happy to order for us, and let us know when arrived. Johann the director of rooms made himself known to us, which gave us that extra level of confidence making us feel very welcome. We would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in the Makati shopping district feeling safe and part of the Dusit Family.

Good for a short stay in Makati. Overall good experience. Polite staff. Clean and quiet room, though bathroom is dated. Surprisingly good room service dining! Proximity to SM and Glorietta malls make for easy and diverse shopping and dining. Overall a 4.5-star experience at a reasonable price.

I like the location and the security that goes with it. What I don't like are the receptionist who is not likely talk to one who make reservations in Expedia or Travelocity. They put you in a room that has no correlation that you wrote down. Also the receptionist does not have information in regard to airline terminal. I was told terminal 2 when in fact I mentioned to them international f;light so have to move from one terminal to the other. My perception is that if you are a Filipino they don't like to deal with them. They have the idea that we are all domestic workers.

Excellent location, walking distance to various Malls and Transport / Parking facilities. Very Clean and daily housekeeping keeps room fresh and tidy. Friendly Staff. Refillable water stations is excellent initiative. Security and Staff visibility is on point. Minor points for improvement: - breakfast buffet is good, but could have more variety. Perhaps a daily rotation of dishes if i may suggest. - corridor noise can be distracting at midnight and early mornings. Flushing noise from adjacent rooms a bit irritating at times - wall plug outlets are excellent as they cater for international variants even for UK, but need servicing as are some are a bit loose.
