"The Club lounge access was great with Paulette, Moira, Leah, Marie’s and Shaina being at the top of their game to host you with warm hospitality and Glenda and each and every floor manager at the Pantry was also great. The best was the Koi Garden which we enjoyed feeding the Koi’s in the Morning . The hotel is well connected and safe to travel with Family . "
