We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on September 2024, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, has an amazing breakfast buffet, and the staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms and building overall need refreshing, they could use fresh paint and some repair.

Staff were very friendly. Housekeeping is awesome! We usually would leave our room around lunchtime, and they would always make up our room. Breakfast was also delicious! 5 stars all the way.

It was perfect for what I needed. It’s in a great location next to Greenbelt! I would stay there again! The breakfast was good and the service was amazing. They make a great bibinka as well.

Close to Greenbelt shopping mall. Very courteous staff and personalized service. The only downside is no parking area for guests. You have to self park in nearby Greenbelt mall and walk back to the hotel.

Convenient location and great staff.
The hotel is in a great location. Lots of stores, restaurants and malls. Short ride to tourist attractions. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Rooms and common areas very neat and clean. Staff cleaning constantly. Front desk staff and bell staff could not do enough for me. Always a smile. I only ate the breakfast which had a large and diverse selection. I would definitely stay here again

By U S. standards, this property would fall on 3.5 star boutique hotel rating. If they upgrade the exterior façade it will even qualify for 4 Star boutique hotel rating. The rooms, hallways, lobby & restaurant have a very modern feel to it and kept very clean. Depending on the length of your stay, uou get at least 1 complimentary buffet brunch, high quality food with good and good assortment, I believe it's around ₱540 each after the complimentary meal. The rooms are clean and has a fridge and a microwave, and there's a window, the design is very modern and whimsical. I stayed for 8 nights, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff, typical of Filipino businesses, very polite courteous and helpful. Please don't forget to tip 😊 The location, it couldn't any better, short walk to Manila's best dining and shopping, possibly the nest feal for a hood hotel in the area, most hotels jere are bigger luxury chains that can costs you a a fortune. I will definitely stay in this property again and I highly recommend it! Thank for the great stay!

In U.S. standards, this hotel would qualify for a 3.5 Star boutique hotel, the interior and rooms have a modern look/feel to it and very clean. You get at least 1-2 complimentary breakfast depending on your length of stay or around ₱540, really good food, it's a full buffet brunch. The staff is typical of any Filipino businesses, very polite & courteous. The location- centrally located couldn't be any better! could well be the best deal in the area for a good hotel. If there is anything that needs some fixing in this property, it the exterior façade, it's dated & unkept, etc. Still a good place to stay and would definitely stay again.
