This property is a scam. We booked it for three nights and we were never able to stay at all. Expedia did not come to our help. Do not book this place. It’s a scam. There is no office. There is no hotel. Once you book it, you’ll never receive it Confirmation number. There were at least 20 people on the two days we were trying to get in that could not as well. There is no office. There is no front desk. It’s a total scam!

"The Homey Unit in Alabang exceeded all my expectations! The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The interior design was tastefully done and the furniture was comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook meals during my stay. The location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby malls and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure that I had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Do not book. It’s a scam. The handlers of the “hotel” ask you for all your information and they don’t coincide with the staff. I never stayed. Imagine getting off an international flight to make your way there and you don’t have any bookings. The handlers are no where in contact. DO NOT BOOOK!!

The property itself has a resort-like feel, offering a relaxing escape from the city without being too far from essential conveniences. The man-made beach and wave pool were the standout features for me, giving the place a tropical, vacation-like atmosphere, which is a rare find in an urban setting. The unit I stayed in was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the living area was cozy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in Manila's heat. The balcony offered a pleasant view of the pool and the surrounding area, which was nice for morning coffee or evening relaxation. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent, which could be an issue for those needing to work during their stay. One of the most memorable parts of my stay was the exceptional service from the host, Sia. From the moment I made the booking, communication was smooth and prompt. She was quick to respond to any inquiries and made the check-in process seamless. Throughout the stay, she checked in to ensure everything was going well and was always available for assistance.
