"We stayed here as a family of five. The hotel is really attractive on the inside and well maintained. Our room was the penthouse and very spacious, the bed was very hard but they provided us with a topper. Hard beds seem to be a theme in Vietnam, so it’s generally best to always ask for a topper. "Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"The management is not good and they are not professional. We communicated them that we are arriving around 2AM, and we reach hotel by 3AM. No one is there at reception and we called them multiple times. No one is picking and we checked in at 5AM. I never saw such kind of experience."

"Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They decorated the room for us for our honeymoon. We also used the hotel transportation to Hoi An and the hotel driver was so kind and caring. He even ran after us when seeing that we were walking in the wrong direction and told us where to go. Would absolutely stay here again! "
