Accommodation Cebu

I enjoyed my stay of nearly 3 weeks , I needed somewhere I could feel safe , comfortable and with access to my Dentist -which was in the center of Cebu metro . I was pleased with the air con was excellent -could be adjusted up or down and I was keen to have with the seasonal temperatures / high humidity . I traveled by taxi and did a fare bit of walking , food was good a fine breakfast . I was on a learning curve being only the second time in Cebu , but a good experience for me .

Thumbs up for an amazing experience

We stayed for three nights. The family room was clean and spacious. Owner and his family were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. For example, they provided us with suggestions on how to get to the sightseeing spots in the neighborhood, fetched us a taxi to the airport, and helped ordering a pizza dinner etc. Breakfast was a home cooked fresh buffet style with slightly different dishes everyday. We enjoyed our stay at La Maria Pension & Tourist Inn Hotel. Great value and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel close to shopping stores.

The hotel staff were friendly and nice. I had free breakfast there and the food was excellent. It is close to SM and a Chinese superstore. I enjoyed my stay there thanks again.

Staffs are friendly and accomodating.

Hotel is clean and there is free breakfast and wifi. It's recommended when you just want to rest and sleep in there because it's a quiet place to stay in.

A few quirks about La Maria, it's not where Google maps puts it in the city (same street but a few blocks away). Kind of a dinghy location, but a short walk to a mall with a decent selection of restaurants . The hotel itself is run down and beds were a bit rough. The redeeming feature was the staff who were very helpful and accommodating.

Nice for a night or two

The place is a little older and run down than other hotels in the area, but for the price is good. It’s good for a night or two. The rooms are comfortable but the bathroom shower is cold and has little pressure.

My review for La Maria Pension House

This is my second time to stay in this pension house. The receptionist is very nice. The guard is nice too. I was upset of the breakfast during the first day of our stay because when we went to their dining room, they said that they will bring the food in our room because the dining room is rented already for a fellowship. So, I we ate inside the room with only 1 small table. I ate on the floor. Another thing, there should be complimentary water. Only 1 outlet which is very hard for us to charge our gadget.

Nice and safe place to stay

The staff were very courteous and efficient, they are very accommodating. The rooms are old but are being remodeled, the air conditioning was sad but the bed was very comfortable. Their free breakfast was a good idea, since fast food chains are a distance away. The bathrooms are leaky and small but clean. The climb to the top floors I don't care for especially everyone has to climb down for the wifi signal since there are no tv in the room. But all in all, our experience was nice we even stayed an extra night. The price you pay for the room was worth it.

Great hotel for the money

This 2-star hotel is amazing, very clean and no bugs. Customer service is excellent and they provide other extra services at no extra charge (like free laundry if you stay more than 5 days). Employees are courteous and nice.

Great hotel at a reasonable price.

Although it started roughly (there were a lot of ants on the floor and on my bed), the hotel staff made up for it as they were apologetic and quickly made amends to prevent the ants from pestering further. Overall, the stay was okay considering the price. Thank you.

セブ島に4ヶ月ほど滞在し、その間いくつかのホテルを転々としました。その中で金銭面、衛生面、周囲の建物、従業員の親切さ、を総合的に考慮するとここを1番にオススメします。 まず、費用が安いです。宿泊費に応じてエアコン付きやテレビ付きなどのオプションを選べます。更に朝食付きでご飯、卵焼き、ハム、コーヒーなど丁度良い量です。 また、従業員の方たちがとても親切で、フレンドリーです。クリスマスや年始はホテルの警備員の人と飲んだり、風邪をひいてしまった時は薬付きの朝食と昼食を部屋まで届けて貰いました。部屋の清掃は頼めばすぐにしてもらえます。 長期滞在する際はビザの更新もあると思いますが、それは近くのJモールというところで出来ます。徒歩10分もかからない距離で、食料や服などもそこで購入できます。 あまり費用をかけずに滞在したい方には短期・長期に関わらずここがベストだと思います。
