"The hotel details mention a swimming pool on premises. Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. The restaurant staff had no knowledge of hygienic handling of food. The waiter dropped food on the table, picked it up and served it on the plate in front of us.
