"The place lacks a lot of organization in everything, they also changed the food every day I was there, they only served eggs and leftovers from the previous day for breakfast. The food was horrible. The organization of the tours was horrible. I will return in 10 years when they are more organized. A lot of money for bad service."

" This hotel is very remote & with that offers a nice & quiet escape. It is beautiful... But honestly, I regret staying here at all! Some things to improve: 1. Getting to the hotel was not easy. I tried to reach out to the hotel to request an airport service, but did not get any response from the hotel. I ended up getting a taxi & had to drive through dirt / gravel roads - You need a 4x4 vehicle & surprised our taxi even made it to the facility. 2. There was 1 pool in the facility & it was...
