"We booked the swiss chalet, thinking it would be very comfortable. It was, except for the bed, which was caved in. Also, the living area was on the second floor and was very hot. There was no fan available to help move the air. There were no screens on the windows and sand flies flew in. The view from the upstairs living room was gorgeous. The attendant was very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed for two nights and chose the house because of its close proximity (less than 10 mins walk) to the departure point for the Doubtful Sound day trip. But there is much much more to the house than this - it is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed in.
