"On Friday the 22nd a little after 6pm my mother 83 yrs of age elderly brought to my attention of a big bang noise from above the room while resting. A big bang woke her up so nervous and startled. She immediately came to front desk reported the incident and all the desk response wasnt very inspiring. Did not show any empathy while solving this problem. Per noticed the construction should be over at 6pm. On check out day no MOD on the as early 730am. So, I just left the hotel at that. "

"The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. "We really enjoyed our stay! The room was so clean and quiet. Access to the kitchen was definitely a plus. You'll get the same accommodation from a 5-star hotel at third of the price and kitty was sooo accommodating. Overall experience was really fantastic! Highly recommended! Will definitely come back!"
