"It was a pleasure to stay at Village Knights B&B. Simon & Elvira are very friendly hosts and open to give you local tips (restaurants/events). The house is amazing and has a lot of style. "A very warm and friendly welcome from the owners. Individually and tastefully furnished room. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower in the ensuite. Breakfast was warm croissant, cold meats, toast, scrambled egg, fresh orange juice, and coffee. There were also pastries on offer, and jams, marmalades, cereals, and muesli. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"A beautiful hotel in a convenient location just inside Mdina walls, the Xara Palace has the highest quality you would expect at a Relais et Châteaux property. "There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I loved the room. It had a nice floor plan, was clean, well maintained and modern. There's plenty of lighting including a good reading light on each side of the bed. I enjoyed the espresso machine, but wish there was creamer available. It would also be nice if there was a place in the bathroom or by the mirror to plug in he hair dryer or a curling iron. There's also a slight tilt in the shower floor so water will drain which made me a bit nervous I'd loose my footing or slip."
