"I could not expect more from a hotel. This hotel just got 4 Large room but everything is extraordinary here. Welcome drink is a fresh king coconut drink for each one of us and we are the only guests here, it is like the whole villa is just for us, nice staff, wonderful outdoor breakfast, large room space, quite environment, beautiful scenery, clean swimming pool... I am sure to come again."

"This house is virtually a step away from the sea and it feels like you have your very own small, private beach. A bit far from the town for bars and restaurants but a good small local restaurant two minutes walk away. Breakfast provided, by a woman that comes to the house and uses the kitchen. Great in one sense but if you really like your privacy note that she does hang around each day for about 3 hours doing cleaning etc.. "Great hotel if you're planning to spend time at the beach and eat within the hotel. There's a few local restaurants we tried and they're well worth a visit. The food at the hotel was excellent and the team were always happy to accommodate requests It's a about 2.5 hrs from the international airport. "Overall very nice ocean front facility, rooms are clean, older but comfortable. AC works well. Staff though not very well trained are trying their best to be helful. Food is good, lots of chices and close to authentic. Difficulty road to get to the hotel, then this is normal for Sri Lankan hotel outside of Colombo. "

The best in Welligama!

"I loved the location which was on the beach and it was a great view to see surfers surfing. Loved the food and the music wasn't too loud. I can't remember the name of the gentlemen staff but he spoke good English and was Sri Lankan who used to work in the middle east. He really really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Taking the extra trouble to make guests feel welcome. If you had the pleasure to meet him during your stay, he will surely look after you. The room was beautiful and spacious & great value for money."

"One of the best hotels that we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Right up against the beach front with beautiful views, modern and spacious rooms, and great facilities. The food served at the restaurant was reasonably proced and delicious, and the hotel is very close to Mirissa Beach and Turtle Point. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, making our stay a very positive experience. We will definitely be back when travelling Sri Lanka next, and would highly recommend to anyone else going through Mirissa."
