"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"This is not even a 3 start place. Terrible hotel with poor standards. I was staying at the hotels for three days and they didn’t even change towels. "I had a varied experience. The property had changed owners, and they were not expecting me at 4 am. and I did not get a ride from the airport, so arranged it. Luckily I had proof and was given a room, and luckily there was someone there, though not expecting me. This was my entrance to central Asia and difficult. On a positive note, a new manager, Miriam was excellent, and even walked with me to a change machine, so I expect things to vastly improve. thanks"
