Central location but needs upgrading
Room was clean, bed comfortable, but furniture was old and tired and needed refurbishing. Breakfast looked good but had to leave very early so missed it. Staff were polite. Would probably not use again and was only acceptable because of proximity to station and somewhere to rest my head.

I booked a room in "Hotel Mortensen". I could not find the hotel as the owner had changed and the name had been taken down. Room was clean. But quite cold in the evening. Heating was not working. Nor was the telephone. As I forgot my mobile I had to phone from reception. The changeover seemed to be in operation rather than having been completed. Breakfast ok. Staff quite friendly. Not overly impressed though.

I am in love with this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is a breeze. The motel itself is located in a great area and gorgeous. I booked the cheapest room possible and wasn't expecting much. Boy, was I wrong! I got one heck of a bang for my buck! The private room was the best of any type I stayed in during my trip and cost less than some of the shared hostel rooms I booked. I had to leave before the complimentary breakfast was served the next morning, but, if the smells coming from the kitchen were any indication, I missed out on some great food.
