"Beautiful hotel, and staff is wonderful. Luxurious, and within walking distance to dining, castle, and cathedral. We left a pair of diamond earrings in our room and the staff overnighted them to us in Seville. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Room had great views and was quiet and comfortable. As a downside, the metal panels on the balcony above our patio were severely rusted and, in addition to detracting from the visual appeal of the building, it may not be safe. Other than that, I would recommend adding a separate small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Thanks for your consideration!"
