"Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. "First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient."
