Great out-of-season stay on deserted beach

Very much enjoyed our stay. Owners George and Penelope were wonderful -- welcoming, kind, and thoughtful, even providing numerous groceries for us upon our arrival. The house is right on the sand, steps from the sea, with spectacular views. While the accommodation is not luxurious, and the bathroom needs some work, the bed was very comfortable, and we were able to use the washing machine while there. Great location for enjoying the surrounding area, towns, and villages, and for visiting Knossos and Phaestos. Another big plus was the total silence; only the waves could be heard.

Appartamento sul mare

A conferma di quanto visto sul sito, abbiamo trovato un appartamento piacevole, ben arredato e pulito. Ma cosa ancora più importante per noi è stato averlo affacciato sulla spiaggia, e quando dico sulla spiaggia è realmente così!! Una taverna sotto casa x mangiare con persone gentili e competenti. La posizione è ottimale per poter visitare le spiagge sia ad est che ad ovest dell'isola. George e sua moglie sono due persone cordiali e molto disponibili. Torniamo molto soddisfatti da questa esperienza. Ogni cosa è andata per il verso giusto, soprattutto sentirsi in pace con la natura ( spiaggia, sole, mare meravigliosi ) e con se stessi!! Grazie..torneremo di sicuro ❤
