"The room should have been cleaner. There were some cobwebs on the ceiling and stuff behind the bed that has not been vacuumed in months. Sheet on top of bed instead of comforter. Dead bug on bathroom floor. Shower head had to be replaced ( which they did after we told them). Receipt was found on ..."
