is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests. Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles. It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom."
