"A beautiful Hotel in a magic city. The room was amazing, and the Hilton breakfast as always above and beyond any other. But what really made the difference was the Staff and their excellent service. From the warm welcome received upon arrival from Lucrezia to the attentive assistance received from the Concierge Team and Toros from Security. They were very supportive and helpful, as my wife had a foot injury during a museum visit, and made what seemed to be a ruined holiday, a very memorable one.
