Our one night stay was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is new and clean. Simple and cozy with unblock sea view is a plus point. Will definitely come back again for a longer stay.

Dont Expect a Bali Theme Apartment

The Good : 1. Check in instructions was clear. 2. Clean and good location. 3. Deposit refund was within the same day of check out. 4. 2 car parks available per apartment. The Bad : 1. The elevators are slow causing people to crowd at the elevator lobby trying to get to their rooms. Stuffy when many people making it unpleasant. 2. There was an odour when we first check in the apartment . Had to open the window to release this odour. 3. Furniture was torned, drawings on the walls and an unfunctional clock as seen in photos.

Amenities within the unit are excellent, good view, good shower, excellent cable TV channels, excellent outdoor swimming pool, good location - easy access to shopping areas, easy fast check in / out Property should have proper signage indicating Bali Sea View Residences as the front main signage in Malay is misleading. There should also be proper signage for the office. the office looks more like a site store or junk store leaving me to go around the complex 2 rounds. Getting to the correct lift lobby from the carpark at L5 is also a challenge with no proper direction. Great if the lock entry numbers could be shortened or personalized for easier access.

Everything was nice. Check in was smooth, and communication was good. Apartment was clean and in decent shape overall. The security guard at the pool could use a lesson in decency and politeness. Gym was suitable but not for heavy lifters. The area around the building is NOT pedestrian friendly, but we did find a few cool shops and restaurants. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

The property was clean and attractive as advertised. The pool was nice and large. The place was quiet and secure. We had a nice view of the sea through the large windows. There was water filtration for drinking water in the kitchen which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this property.

Definitely Will Come Back

The hotel room looks exactly as the picture shown. Spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Equipped with 2 doors fridge, coway water filter (cold & hot water), induction cooker, washing machine. Also provided 4 sets of cutlery, plates & cups. If you have time can enjoy the bathtub too. High floor with sea views.

What we booked looked exactly like the photo provided on the site. The apartment is very new still and and everything was clean. There was a console so the kids were very excited about that and the kids playground/pool was a treat. There are quite a number of shophouses nearby on the entire laksamana stretch which was great. There was always a security guard on duty including the pool area. The only downside is that the outside corridor echos a lot, so you can hear people entering their units. Otherwise, happy stay.

Highly disappointed and will not return

I am very disappointed that I booked two apartments requesting them to be next to each other. I communicated this in writing to the property managers as I was travelling with my elderly parents who are in their eighties and my aunt who is in her seventies. When I arrived there I was told that one apartment was on level 16 and the other on level 29!! We did not use the second apartment as it was too dangerous to leave my parents and aunt by themselves. The female who I tried to speak to was not helpful and quite rude. The apartment we stayed in needed the bathrooms cleaned more as there are stains on the walls. I would suggest that a toaster and hand towels be provided. The rest of the apartment was well appointed.
