"The hotel is brand new, it was open in December 2024. It has 3 restaurants, a buffet offering asian, indian and international food, a great italian restaurant with great pizza, and one of the best authentic thai restaurant with the most amazing staff. The hotel has a good kids.club, 3 slides for kids, a lazy river (bring your floatings), and about 3 main beaches. "Just returned from a fabulous trip to Oaga Art Resort. We've been to a few 5-star resorts in the Maldives. This place is very special. We loved the incredible staff and sense of community they bring to your stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and a part of island life. "I would recommend this island to everyone. Child friendly and amazing staff everywhere. Was easy to get around by walking or by buggy- which was always available. The pool area was very child friendly. They had a childrens club as well. Loved the food at the restaurant. Such variety. The vibe of the island was amazing, relaxed. "

"I don't understand the people who give less than 4-star reviews to this holiday destination. They must be nitpickers who expect to have the conditions from One and Only Reethi Rah (the neighbouring island) at the prices from the Summer Island. Come on, you could stay there only one hour with the money you paid for two weeks at the Summer Island. All is more than reasonable at the Summer Island, I mean the location, the meals, the staff, snorkelling and diving opportunities. "

"From the first moments of welcome all the way to our last boat ride back - everything was truly spectacular. This was our third time in the Maldives and definitely the best. The quality of service is quite unparalleled- every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful and competent. We felt right at home. The hotel was a perfect combination of family friendly without it feeling too much of a family resort. Our beach villa was spectacular - spacious, great facilities, and with thoughtful housekeeping service. We were also very happy with the morning and evening buffet and overall the quality of food and drink was excellent. The hotel’s water policy was also very guest friendly and it was so relaxing not having to worry about having to constantly purchase water bottles. We also greatly appreciate that we were able to both check-in early and check-out late - that is the type of service and guest friendliness that really makes Coco Bodu Hithi stand out for us. Lastly, a big thank you also to the kids club staff and facilities. I would definitely recommend advertising the kids club more prominently on the website or on other booking platforms as that can be a motivating factor for other families. All in all we had truly a wonderful stay. We would be happy to come back to Coco Bodu Hithi again soon. "
