"Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. "We like to travel and have experienced every level of hotel quality. This is a mid-level property and turned out to be just what we wanted. We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. "It was all inclusive resort, which was a surprise for us, the food was actually pretty good in the buffet. What I was surprised is the price for what they call a premium alcohol which was extra. It was outrageously expensive. The beach equipment is very old and needs attention. Seafood restaurant on premises is crazy expensive, you a better off going into town and eat there."

"Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble. "
