"It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner. "

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "My stay was excellent. I went to visit my son who is stationed at Kunsan air base. It's walking distance to gate 3. Only problem is gate 3 closes at 1800. But the owners of the property were very nice and helpful. Breakfast and laundry is included with your stay. Amazing "

"Clean and kind service, however, shower was not convenient because the toilet was a wet style. No partition between the shower and toilet. I feel that the bedding covers were not cleaned and someone used before I use. I expected an white cover on the bedding but no cover on it."

"Pros: Spacious room, bright, clean, good location in walking distance to Hanok village and many restaurants. Welcome drink - beer was nice. Bus from train station stop across hotel. Hotel looks new. Cons: No shower screen or shower curtain. Whole bathroom will be wet after shower."
