"The property looked new and the staff was good. The biggest problem I had was lack of coffee and water. In every hotel I’ve stayed at coffee and water was ALWAYS available in the lobby. We had a coffee machine in the room with 2 bottles of water. Anything extra was a charge. If you spend a couple nights in Nashville you’ll want one or the other. "

"The outside (like most of Nashville properties) wasn’t appealing at all, so we were a bit nervous as to what to expect when we walked in our room. We were WAYYYYY off, it was extremely clean and gorgeous!!!!!!! The front desk staff was the best encounter we have ever had at a hotel. Our friends were staying at The Hilton downtown and our room was definitely better and 1/4 of the price. This is going to be our go-to hotel every time!!!"
