Hotel 3-stars max. They have a wifi but no internet. The food is terrible. Plan on eating outside the hotel like we did. Pool is dirty and the towels look and feel like they served for 2 decades

A mon arrivée dans la chambre j’ai dû repasser un coup de lingette désinfectante partout, il y avait des traces de gras. Au moment des repas on se croirait dans une cantine géante! C’est très mal organisé on fait la queue 20mn pour un bout de pizza ou des frites ! Les serveurs essaye de faire de leur mieux mais il manquent cruellement de moyens! J’ai du aller plusieurs fois à la chasse aux couvert ou d’assiette! C’est dommage car j’ai connu cette hôtel il y a plusieurs années, et c’était top mais cette année j’ai été extrêmement déçue, les prix affichés ne valent absolument pas les prestations!!! Ce n’est pas du tout un 5* mais plus une sorte de Camping avec des chambres! La seule chose qui reste sublime c’est la mer turquoise, mais pas besoin de venir à cet hôtel pour cela ! En tout cas c’était la dernière fois pour nous !

Dit is een erg goed hotel. Goed eten, ook meerdere lokale gerechten. Actieve animatie, vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben meerdere keren in dit hotel geweest en altijd naar alle tevredenheid. Deze keer was de dochter van mijn man mee en daarom bewust een familiekamer geboekt. Een familiekamer is groter en geeft wat meer privacy. Hier betaal je extra voor, wat logisch is. Echter bij aankomst kregen wij een gewone 2 persoonskamer (zoals altijd) en de bank was omgetoverd tot 3de bed. Er was geen familiekamer beschikbaar. De boeking is 2 dagen voor vertrek gedaan en toen waren er volgens de site nog 7 familiekamers beschikbaar en 1x een 2 persoonskamer. De volgende dag konden wij alsnog naar de door ons geboekte familiekamer. Als je echter 3 nachten gaat en 1 niet is zoals geboekt heb je extra kosten gemaakt voor niets. Het hotel geeft deze extra gemaakte kosten niet terug. Waar de fout ligt, bij het hotel of expedia is niet bekend, maar was wel een minpuntje van onze minivakantie. Verder hebben we genoten van het hotel en de omgeving en al met al was het een positieve ervaring.

Excellent beach good location clean and specias room staff are very polite and very good food limited choice repeat menu poor choice for vegetarians all inclusive is ok but softdrink and spirit choices are poor live entertainment not so good big swiming pool also very far from airport and expensive to reach no hotel transfer facilities

L’hôtel a perdu de sa superbe peut être qu’il a été un palace même un 5 étoile mais il ne l’est plus les chambres sont désuètes le mobilier date des années 70 la literie n’est pas terrible les couvertures franchement sales. La restauration me rappelle le travail digne d’une cantine l’accueil n’est pas chaleureux a part une personne le départ glacial même pas un au revoir même pas un semblant de sourire se trompent toujours d’addition 6 dinars note de pressing se transforme en 16 dinars. La plage est très correcte bien entretenue très bien gardée par une équipe de sécurité l’equipe De Thalasso est compétente avec une Kiné qui connaît bien son travail en la personne de nourhene l’accueil est très agréable leur responsable très attentive. En clair si j’ai envie de fréquenter cette catégorie d’établissement j’irai plutôt au Elmouradi qui n’est pas un palace ni un 5 étoile qui propose les mêmes services pour moins cher. Quant à Expedia vous devriez vérifier les établissements que vous proposez car là il y’a manifestement tromperie sur la catégorie et les services de cet hôtel

Leuk hotel, met binnen en buitenbad en met een aantal grote glijbanen die in het water eindigen. Nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. In het restaurant veel lokale gerechten, maar ook internationale gerechten. Ook zijn er 2 a la carte restaurants.

3eme visites de suite 2016 -2017-2018

j'ai visité cet hôtel en 2016 et au mois d’août 2017 et mois de juin 2018. cette année j'ai passé 7 jours du 24/06/2018 au 30/06/2018 avec ma femme et mon fils de 08 ans. j’étais bien reçu comme d’habitude aucun problème de réservation, une belle chambre (vue sur piscine et toboggans et plage) chambre triple N° 4048. la piscine couverte est fonctionnelle les toboggans aussi (du 10h au 12h et du 15h au 17 h) c'est très amusant. la piscine extérieur est propre. la plage est magnifique propre aussi et bien entretenue. les repas sont variés . - Je remercie le serveur Mr Aymen qui était très serviable, professionnel et a l’écoute ainsi que le chef des serveur situé au restaurant extérieur très méticuleux. - Groupe animation a revoir; ( mon fils a été blessé au nez au cours d'un match de foot par un animateur, ce dernier ne c'est même pas arrêté pour le voir - le présentateur des soirées ne traduit aucun mots en français ni en arabe, seulement en allemand ou quelque phrases en anglais.

Nice that’s it’s close to beach and has water slides on resort. Needs interior refurbishing. Food was very poor. A lot of staff don’t understand English. No restaurant near to go to, so can only eat off resort.

Nice hotel, nice staff

Very nice hotel, excellent fast check-in. The room was huge with a view of the golf course and sea. Plenty of loungers etc. The food was okay, but could be improved a bit. All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mon séjour c'est très bien passé en général ( térrain, jardin, piscine,plage)parfait mais je trouve très très dommage que l'image de l’hôtel a l'intérieur c'est à dire les chambres est catastrophique et honteux au niveau des lits et matelas ce point négatif a un gros impact sur les séjours touristique et peu faire fuir les touristes et de ne plus revenir hors le buts et de faire revenir les vacanciers. Le CONFORT est un gros point pour un hôtel. UN client satisfait peu faire venir 10 autres client alors qu'un client non satisfait peu vous faire perdre 20 clients.

Relaxing Holiday

Reception staff were not very informative on our arrival regarding what was on offer at the hotel and you had to prime the staff with questions to find out what was available; archery times, opening hours of the water slide etc. Other staff, with one or two exceptions, were very polite and helpful. We went for a relaxing holiday and that was certainly achieved, the pool was very good and the private beach while not the largest in Tunisia was certainly adequate. If you wanted to be out of the sun and swim there was always the indoor pool, but again you had to inquire about opening times and how to enter the pool area! The food was very good with an excellent choice of local and European dishes. However, my one complaint about dinning was nothing the staff or hotel could help with and that was the waste of food by the guests. The hotel amenities were very good, water slides especially. However, the room that housed the card tables and a small guest library suffered from water coming through the ceiling! We had a one day excursion to El Jem (really a must to visit) in our car and that was the only time we left the hotel during our stay. Our room was clean and we had an excellent view of the pool and sea with Mahdia in the background. We had a one day All in all a most enjoyable holiday.

Vincci in Mahdia

Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel like they have advertised. Kind of old but great location and lots of sports stuff to do if you like the beach and being active. Not near the town. The food was ok-- they did not go all out like a place I stayed at Hammamet. I felt like they were just doing enough to keep you happy but no real treating the client like you were something special. The sports equipment was garbage but I still had fun with my kids. I am not going back anytime soon-- cause there are tons more hotels to try out. The price was right though.

Nous avons passé 17 nuits dans cet hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, serviable. Les chambres, la piscine sont propres, la nourriture bonne, la plage agréable. L'équipe d'animateurs est investie. L'hôtel est vaste et se situe en face de la gare (assez loin pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit toutefois!!). Très bon séjour. Un bémol: si vous embrassez votre conjoint (dans la piscine), vous n'êtes pas à l'abri d'une remarque venant d'un client (Saoudien dans notre cas...)

I will never come back there!

I spent in Vincii Hotel one night and I will never come back there, it's not a 5* hotel but at least 3* the food was horrible and even with the "All inclusive" we prefered to go outside to eat something adequate. The room was clean but definitely not representing a 5*
