"There were periods of no water or hot water when water was available. The property has a lot of potential but the cleaning is not good and whilst I’m sure that the sheets had been washed, there were stains on them and the pillows which made sleeping there uncomfortable. My bed was dreadful. The mattress was thin and covered by a sheet. There was not top sheet but there was a blanket. I doubt very much that the blankets are washed every time someone checks out. It was freezing at night and...

"They do not have wifi at all in the hotel. There isn’t any hot water, how much you try to do according to what their staffs tell you to do. But the stay was nice apart from these two deficiencies. The bed was cosy, the food was non oily and the staffs behaviour was excellent. "

"We came to Pushkar for the camel festival. I should have never booked at this property in the first place, bc it’s outside of the city. There is nothing to walk to and we felt isolated. The property has a lot of grass and trees and is pretty in that aspect. It’s not too far from the city, but we didn’t have a car so we felt like it was in a remote area. I have no idea why it’s called a resort???? They have nothing to offer, but a place to sleep and a pool! I definitely wouldn’t want to eat...

"Worst hotel in India by far. Colder than in the street, I had to sleep with sweater over the pijama. Dirty bathroom. We did not expect fancy, but at least ok. And it was not. We were two people in the reservation and there was only one cup for the tea. More than that, it was not clean. We asked for an additional blanket in our arrival, and they did not bring it to us until... later than midnight, waking us up in the middle of the night. Poor breakfast by the way, obviously. "I stayed at this property for a night with my parents. Really cordial and polite staff always ready to serve. We wanted to eat proper Rajasthani dinner which was not available on the menu that night. When we requested if it can be cooked, the chef went out of the way to cook an elaborate meal just for the three of us and within a couple of hours we had the best soul food ever. I recommend this place for its proximity to the lake, supportive staff, heritage architecture & experience, and cleanliness of the rooms and other areas. "
