Lemon Tree, Mahabalipuram hotels

"When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends."

"I have stayed at this hotel before as it is convenient for my business contacts. The staff are friendly, sometimes language gets in the way but we manage through it. The condition of the hotel is needing a lot of TLC, maybe this will change with the purchase by Lemon Tree? Breakfast is mainly Indian as are most of the guests. Don't expect too much. You can get an omelette. Overall it is adequate for the price."
