"The hotel is great everything was fine Very convenient and clean I’m disappointed with a person who checked us in - I gave my girlfriend my drivers license and a credit card to take care of the check in while I’m parking the car, this person would not have it (I understand due to security reason) but then he told us the breakfast was not included when in fact it was. "Loved that they have 24/7 free shuttle service to Miami Airport. Was able to do an early check-in, after my cruise was over. The property had a washer n dryer. Washed my clothes and didn’t realize until after I was done that the dryer was broken. Called guest service and I was lucky to have them dry my clothes for me. Food was convenient, ate there twice. Comfortable king size bed a plus… recommend this property for sure. Mahalo to everyone…"

"Being so close to the airport was really nice. Also easy for an Uber pickup and drop off . Being central to menu amenities was great, the local food and shopping was marvellous. The property was somewhat dated, and the rooms as well. I changed rooms from the 4th floor to 12th floor as they were newer rooms. They were really great about the room change and didn't make a fuss at all. The staff were very helpful and kind. I will be staying there again for sure 👍❤️"
