"I booked four rooms via Expedia, but the hotel management didn't know how to accept or acknowledge the booking. Thankfully the four rooms were available, but neither the rooms or the staff were ready for guests. This included a lack of food, water, drinks, Wifi, soap, and towels. Once aware, the owner eventually showed, apologized, and promised changes. If you are going to book at Mafia Beach Resort, be sure to follow up and confirm your booking. "
