"Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation)."

"We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

"This a really spacious, quiet, well- maintained property ouside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Away from the main roads and traffic, with clean air to breath. The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I was looking for a relaxing, quiet location away from the car exhaust fumes, noise and chaotic energy...

"Beautiful natural setting. Sweet people serving guests . Delicious breakfast. Some minor physical plant issues: The room door was difficult to get locked. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together. Also there were some loud functions on a neighboring property. But we would definitely go there again."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. They made my breakfast every morning. I was trying to get a grab (uber)to get to the bus station and they all kept declining because of the time in the traffic. I went to the front desk the man at the front desk got someone up to take me to the bus station on a motorbike With my suitcase. I have never seen anything like it in my life and I am so grateful for it.. they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and I knew how to get around the city. "

"We stayed 5 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, so very friendly. They went out of their way to get you a taxi or car. We had an early morning train to catch and they made us a box breakfast for the trip. The location was very central to everything in old town."
