"All was fine but check out was nasty as it caused lot of trouble. Staff, Karthik denied Hotels.com all paid reservation due to his confusion despite we providing all details shared by Hotels.com. Finally Hotels.com had to intervene. people be careful."

"Room has good beds and the air conditioning was good. Wifi never worked and the hotel gave various reasons for Wifi not working. Worst part was the TV - the signal was so weak and the picture (ALL channels) was so wavy and grainy throughout our stay. Even the audio from TV was not clear. The set top box is left hanging loose over the TV. On complaint multiple times, a person checked in the room and mentioned that there was a cable problem and it will be set right "soon". That "soon" never came...
