Unfortunately, the clean team got confused and thought the apartment needed to be cleaned the next day. By the time we found out it was about 5:00 pm and we were quite tired by then after an overnight flight from NYC. So, at that point, I decided to book a hotel room because we needed to rest. Also, I left my adapter along with my mobile phone charger and I was not able to get them back. However, I must say that the host was very apologetic and a very nice person. Also, location was great.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and clean Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhhod is close to the city center but far enough away to be relaxed. It is well connected to the center by bus and metro. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel for your visit to Madrid

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Salamanca. Close to nice shopping areas. Spacious rooms with possibility of a little bit of self catering (pentry). Nice amenities, good air con and super clean rooms. Nice breakfast.

Superior garden view 6th floor rooms do not correspond to the picture on the hotel website. The reality is much worse. No side curtains, only blinds.
