We only stayed one night , the location is central BUT there is a nightclub that blasts music till early hours and you can’t. sleep . The heater did not work until hours after we arrived they put a space heater to warm room while we waited for heat to work . TV did not work , no hand towels in shower , only 2 towels total . Sofa bed mattress was paper thin and terribly uncomfortable. Overall I would NOT recommend or ever stay here again . It’s an overpriced Airbnb . Yes , I brought this to staff attention and they said we could move to a smaller room and offered no discounts to do this. They noted the broken TV and simply said maintenance wasn’t working so it couldn’t be fixed for us.

First, the location is outstanding. We walked 10 minutes to Museo del Prado, Plaza de Cibeles. The room is like small apartment with space enough for 4 -5 adults. We had terrace with a jacuzzi. Even tough the hotel is in the Gran Via Ave we did not have any problems with the nouse of the cars, etc I will repeat this hotel in my next visit to Madrid.

Property was good also staff We paid for a new year eve dinner and a roof top all inclusive drinks and couldn’t be worse,,food was horrible and drinks just a couple of them Price too high for what we got

Very cool apartment right in the centre on Gran Via. Cool furnishings and great kitchen and bathroom. It was too cold to go to the roof terrace but it looked great too!

Nice reception staff, however the amenities was very poor. Shampoo and conditioner was very cheaply and awful fragrance. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning. Spacious rooms for a family of 5.

Its a beautifull place, located in the middle of everything and still quiet. Downside, restaurant disorganized: the first day I was theresomething happened and the cook left and they had no food. I had to leave and gonto another restaurant. Room service nevwr picked up the phone. Bar service was great. Otherwise, I will definitelly stoy there again and avoid restaurant and room service.

Nice property with great location in calle gran via, next to all best restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. All you need is in the apartment including kitchen full equipped, will definitely visit again

Thoroighly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. Decent selection at breakfast including cooked menu options. Room was a one bedroom with sofabed and a good size. Only downside was when the sofabed was opened during the night, it was a bit of a squeeze to walk past it to the bathroom. Hotel centrally located with large selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Most attractions also within walkable distance. Would definitely recommend as it was not overly expensive and represented good value for money.
