I arrived on a cold afternoon, opened the radiators to warm the place and when I came back after dinner it was very cold. In the morning, after a cold night I found out there was no hot water. I had to rush for work and sent a message in the afternoon to report it. As I could not risk another night in those conditions I had to find a different place to stay. The day after I received a sorry message saying …if you would have reported it we could have tried to fix the problem. Never again

We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. Note: we had trouble with the digital keys but luckily a maintenance worker was in the building. He was able to get help. We were very satisfied with the place. Everything was walkable.

For the price this place was great. The location was very central, within walking distance from a number of sites, the bed comfortable, and communication with the property management team excellent. We would stay here again.

Apartamento espacioso y bien mantenido. Muy cómodo quedarse aquí. Lo único es que en fines de semana sí se escucha ruido de fiesta por lo cerca que está de vida social pero no es tanto que evite descansar bien.

The one bedroom for four people apartment was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is super nice, too. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sofa bed for the other two guests was unbearable, you can feel the bars and structure in general. To give you an idea, no adult could sleep there. Only my 5 years old was able to sleep there because she is super skinny, my 6 years old sleep with me, he wouldn’t tolerate the bars. I would definitely come back if they upgraded the sofa bed.

Close to a subway station and dinning places. Mirror, for getting ready, was only in the bathroom. Parking facility not in the building but available next building across. Locker available at Euro 5/day and need reservation
