"The hotel in general is on good condition, the staff was great, they helped us to get the room early as we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, not that early but at least they did help. The room was super clean, small but very confortable. Nacho the guy who welcomed us was super nice , we always saw him helping all the guests, as well as the guy at the main door. "Oh my, this was a FANTASTIC hotel to stay at in Madrid. My wife and I took an 8 day trip to Madrid, and booked this hotel because Expedia recommended it, and it was perfect. It is about as central as it could be, about a 2 minute walk from the Puerta del Sol in the center of town, and from there, it was a 10 to 20 minute walk to almost anywhere, or direct access to the metro.
