I love this hotel, very close to the train station and to restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk was very nice. Love the restaurant inside the hotel, great food and service.

They are so clean they don’t even provide complimentary waters in the rooms. How much can a bottle of water purchased massively cost the hotel? Every room must have always every day two bottles of complimentary water.

I only had a night here but it was lovely. The room was spotless and really comfortable - great shower with all bathroom amenities. Booked the terrace room which offered a sizeable terrace/balcony overlooking the park and down towards Atocha - road is quite loud but room is high enough up with enough sound proofing that it was fine. My only complaint was the beddjng wasn't warm enough and no extra blankets were provided. If i had stayed another night I would have asked for some. Also no coffee in the room which at this price point I would have expected. I'd stay again.

The hotel was nice except a design flaw of the shower door. Glass door only closes 2/3. Water spilled out at the end of shower. Other than that, the room was very nice. Staff are friendly. Every where is walkable distance. Really enjoy the touring around the city.

GREAT CONCIERGE SERVICES, EXCELLENT LOCATION, BU…
I not only stayed here, but took most of my meals here. I found the staff universally friendly, but the real standout—who made a huge difference in the success of my stay in Madrid, and onto Cordoba — was Alvaro, the Guest Services Manager/Concierge. He’s not only thoroughly competent and professional, but even volunteered on some things that made my whole Madrid experience so much better. The restaurant was a challenge for me — the food is excellent, but it is understaffed — I had to wait at least 45 minutes each time to be served — even late night,and it’s hard to order a ‘light’ meal here. They need to expand their offerings and have a few items that international travelled s want (EG. Salade Nicoise; a range of soups; simple sandwiches; even an omelette) I know they are proudly Spanish, but due to ther time it took to get served and fact it was hard to order “light” I twice went out and purchases lunch elsewhere, nad gtook it to my room to eat. To repeat this is NOT a criticism of the quality of the food — just the service, and the range of choices. ALSO CHARGING 4 EUROS FOR A SMALL BOTTLE OF SPRING WATER IS SILLY (AIRPORT PRICES).

A lovely hotel near the Prada and Thyssen museums as well as the Park. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was also excellent. A good value for your money.

The staff was superb. The professionalism, friendliness, and at-your-service attitude makes the difference with other hotels. E.g., most offer storing your luggage during the day. Their system here gives you great comfort it is handled excellently.
