"This is a nice hotel but if you are used to 5 stars, lower your expectations Our room - which we paid through the roof - did not have a coffee maker - pretty standard nowadays. They said only in better rooms we could get it, in the meantime they had “Nescafé” for us to make with a kettle. When we insisted, the provided with a Nespresso type of machine, with absolutely terrible undrinkable coffee … cups remained dirty in the room throughout our stay. We asked for recommendations for NYE dinner,...
