This was an airport hotel, nothing more. The rooms were surprisingly bigger and nicer than expected with separate beds-3beds requested. Bottles of water, tea, coffee were provided. Beds were hard though. There was a shuttle service which we had no problems with, but it took 3 days for the hotel to reply to an email on where to board from the airport. It runs every 60 minutes from Terminals 1,2 and 4 but can be too full to board at times-we were lucky. We arranged a ride back to the airport at checkin which is recommended. The bigger problem is the location. There is nothing but abandoned buildings around the area so no easy access to restaurants or shops. I would be hesitant to walk to a bus stop there. It is also about 15 minutes from the airport so if you had an evening flight, it would be hard to leave your belongings there to go into the city and then pick them up. There are luggage lockers but they charge as much as the airport does. This place is fine for one night to catch a flight and quite inexpensive when I booked on Expedia, but I’d rather stay closer to the city and navigate a taxi or train.

The beds are very hard and cheap, the couch seemed to have been old, the towels were worn and thready also someone needs to clean the air filters from the restroom which seemed to have mold accumulation from a very long time.

I wish I could give this place a minus number of stars. Absolute dump in a crazy dangerous area. We arrived by car and there were Guardia Civil policemen blocking the roads with checkpoints to enter the street of the hotel. Most roads were blocked closed and the area was filled with abandoned buildings. The hotel was in complete disrepair, dirty and absolutely falling apart. Three out of six elevators were not working, and the restaurant only offered a limited “buffet” menu for 19 euro: it consisted of mostly inedible gruel and some french fries. Ridiculous. DO NOT stay here.

Property was convenient for the airport. Free shuttle was an added bonus. Room clean, bed comfortable. TV placed very low to floor behind table. No bar but had a restaurant. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The suite had 3 separate sleeping areas that were better than the photos, but the lighting was almost nonexistent in the main room. Only 2 vertical floor lamps with 1 bulb each, so great for 'mood' lighting but terrible for seeing anything. The beds & linens were comfortable; towels were great and there were even robes and slippers. Be aware, the reservation had my first name as my last so be sure to have a copy of your reservation handy. This has happened to me before overseas. Restaurant: marginal buffet at best. Gift bags of snacks provided at check out. Would recommend if leaving from MAD on early flight as shuttle was on time.

Shuttle Service is literally trash. It’s a tiny van. I ended up taking an Uber both ways. It takes forever to get there and back using the shuttle. Front Desk Staff is pretty busy and cannot take phone calls. Issues can be resolved with communications as first step. It broke down right at that first critical step. Hotel’s physical structure is fine in general. It’s practical for just layovers. I would say it’s not for everyone. If you value your time more than anything else, this hotel is definitely NOT for you. There are better hotels put there with better value for money. Our priorities and needs are different. I would NOT recommend this hotel to everybody.

This is a basic airport hotel for warehousing people stuck between flights. I reserved to attend a conference nearby. Bad mistake. The hotel does not answer questions to their messaging system before arrival. I tried calling three times and spent over 20 minutes on hold each time. The free airport shuttle did not arrive for more than an hour and until I spent 20 minutes on hold and spoke to someone. Even with a half empty hotel they charged €24 for early check-in at 1:30 PM Staff is remarkably helpful. When my keys didn’t work, they made me wait behind someone who arrived at the exact same time as me, while he checked out and asked a bunch of questions about how to get to the airport and the costs, etc., rather than just, updating my Keys. There is no coffee bar available. Just a machine with very bad and very overpriced coffee at €2.65 for an espresso. The machine does not take bills, you need coins or use your credit card each time, and after a few times, of course your card will get blocked by your bank. There is a full restaurant, but they only offer a buffet, meaning a coffee in the morning is €16 or in the afternoon €20. It is unheard of for a hotel Not to have coffee available except machines. I witnessed the staff being quite dismissive and unhelpful to other guests as well as they asked questions. After almost 20 years as a platinum member on Expedia, this is the only time I’ve left a negative hotel review. Management needs to do a complete staff retraining.
