Recommended
New hotel, still a few details to finish, but we had a very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, close to public transportation and close to IFEMA. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good, but could be improved. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it has great wuality for the price.

Overall very pleasant stay
The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth.
Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water.
Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to get there). It's only 15 minutes taxi from the airport so it's very convenient for catching a flight.

I prepaid for breakfast but on the Saturday morning there was no food at 9am. The desk manager explained that they had only planned for 10 breakfasts but had sold 20 more.

Bon séjour à Madrid
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Service au top, personnel très aimable et serviable. Chambre neuve et très bien décorée. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Accès au métro 2 minutes à pied. Environ 30 min de métro jusqu’au centre ville. Commerce à proximité. Accès aéroport metro + bus 30 min, 10 min en taxi.

Excelente escolha, me hospedaria novamente.
Hotel novíssimo, com decoração de muito bom gosto e excelente localização, a estação de metrô fica bem próxima. O café da manhã é de ótima qualidade, com variedade e itens frescos. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. O único ponto negativo foi o wi-fi, que não estava funcionando durante minha estadia.

Se melhorar muito o atendimento ele fica péssimo
Hotel novo, equipe muito mal treinada e sem atitude. Agendei uma estadia de três dias em um hotel que deveria ter piscina (não estava funcionando), que devia ter Wi-Fi, não funcionou nenhum dos dias. Que devia ter um cofre no quarto, mas que não estava operando. A água da pia só estava funcionando na água fria, tive que mexer pra descobrir que o registro de água quente estava fechado. Foram inúmeros problemas de um hotel que não deveria estar aberto. Nem o porta shampoo e sabão estava pregado na parede
A recepcionista da tarde, bem como a gerência do hotel pouco se importaram com detalhes mínimos em uma estadia. Não houve um pedido de desculpa por não prover o que estava contratado. Fiquei bastante mal impressionado com tudo.
Como complemento um dia pedimos um cobertor já que no quarto não tinha, o rapaz que levou (o único com uma atitude positiva) acabou levando uma capa de colchão ao invés de um cobertor. Pelo menos resolveu o problema.

Ho recentemente soggiornato per 2 notti in questo albergo di Madrid e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
La stanza era impeccabile: pulita, silenziosa e confortevole, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città.
Un grande punto di forza della struttura è la sua vicinanza alla metro che permette di raggiungere il centro città in 15 minuti.
Il personale si è mostrato cortese e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un hotel accogliente e con buoni servizi.
Sicuramente ci tornerei!
