I love this hotel. This is the second time I stay here and this time was better than the last time. The location is perfect; in the middle of La Gran Via close to restaurants, bars, clothing stores and the metro station. The staff is really nice and friendly, they gave us recommendations of where to go eat and have a couple of drinks. I recommend to include the breakfast, it’s really good. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean with the exception of one wall in the room, which I figured is bumped with luggage. The balcony had a nice sunset view. The beds are very hard and the walls are very thin, the noise from the neighboring rooms woke me up.
