Parking on property was limited and takes some maneuvering. The restroom was nice. The room could use some sprucing up. The BEST part of this place was the breakfast. Highly recommend the breakfast here.

Very good value for money, friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but ok. Clearly for a night or 2 while visiting Madrid is a good option. Plenty of car space around the hotel

Great hotel..very relaxed, staff excellent..very friendly! Rooms great..great layout of hotel..pool amazing especially when its 34°! Great for access to city centre and airport and short walk to civitas metropolitana stadium (was here for Metallica concert!) Would definitely come back and recommend! Thanks

We came for a long weekend, arrived at 11pm no place to grab a drink and bar was shut. The check in man was a bit blunt and pointed us in the direction of our room. He also turned the lights off to the bar and seating area at 10.45 no flexibility just rude. Pool was nice but could do with a scrub and a lick of paint. Rooms were clean and basic but served its purpose. But out of the way for Madrid but was handy as we went to a gig

Excellent hotel and excellent service
The hotel is placed in very quiet region of Madrid. 7-8 minutes from Metro and buses stations by feet. Free shuttle to and from airport (limited hours). I very recommend this hotel!
