The lace isn’t easy to find. The room lights blew completely when we arrived just after midnight. Had to move to another room. In the morning when I went to dry my hair the hairdryer didn’t work, so had to go to another room to use a dryer. We were only there 6 hrs and probably only manage 3-4 hrs sleep with all the issues. No bottled water in room you had to buy it or drink tap water which smelt highly of chlorine . Was the hotel worth the money…..No!

Makes sense why the hotel breakfast is $2 - it is barely anything. 2 TINY mini muffins, yogurt, a drink and apple. More of a snack. But I had the $200 executive room for an night and it is very spacey and nice. I enjoyed this room especially because I landed in terminal 4 so it was easy for me to find the hotel after I finished baggage claim. If you’re in a different terminal, you can take the shuttle bus to T4. In the morning, i took the shuttle bus to T1 for my next flight. Overall recommend

We had a great stay prior to an early morning flight. Very nice room, quiet, comfortable, it had all that we needed for a short stay. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Unfortunately it was not easy to find. Airport signs do not include the hotel’s name.

The location is perfect when you arrive late at night and have an early connection but since it is the only option within the airport, the service was terrible and they don’t care. The rooms are clean and like in new condition but the smell of cigarette is horrible. Also, if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here. The metro and trains run just next to it so the noise and vibrations are intense.

So wonderful to have a shower, organize luggage, and sleep well before a long trip home. Yes, we could hear the low rumble of the subway, but that did not stop us from sleeping well. So nice to wake up and take the 20 minute shuttle to T1. Super convenient. We wanted to book Hellosky in Rome next year, but, unfortunately, it’s way out of our price range and we had to book a hotel downtown.

The metro runs by it. The entire room shakes when it goes bye and the noise is unbearable. I stayed there before in one of the opposite side rooms. Those are better and larger, but this time, for the same price, I got a smaller, smellier and very noise room. When ask for a different room or a cancelation, the front girl said I had to write to Human Resources first, because couldn’t help me.
