If the technology worked perfectly, this would be a great place to stay. We had at least 4 inconveniences with the self-service technology, including staying outside of the property without being able to enter. Also, self-checkout failed, so I think it is a great idea and it can be a great place to stay, but they need to improve their technology and make sure it will not fail.

Nice bed but could not shower later in the evening because there was not hot water. Room was cold and heater did not work only had a small space heater that didn’t really do much for two people. Only two towels for 2 nights. Good wifi and getting into the room was pretty easy and close to a metro station.

The room was spacious and clean but it was freezing cold, the "heater" is old and small and you can feel some warm only if you stand right before it, the bathroom isn't heated at all and having a shower was a terrible experience because of it, I highly suggest to go in summer only. I woud also suggest to put a mirror in the room because I had to stand in the shared hall (colder than the room) to do some things. Appreciated that after a 5 minute walk you reach the subway and in 20 minutes you reach the airport.

フロントを置かず、鍵の管理が全てオンラインで行われる施設。その分、価格は安く、マドリードでは最低価格帯に属しているが、部屋は広く綺麗であり、コストパフォーマンスは良好である。 1分でもチェックイン時間より早いと部屋に入れないなど、融通が利かないところがある一方で、早朝チェックアウトの場合はフロントで時間を取られないため、メリットにもなる。 設備としては、部屋は綺麗で広く文句はないが、廊下が狭く、エレベータもないため、大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は部屋まで行くのが辛い場合もあるかもしれない。

Il n'y a pas eu de séjour, j'ai réservé et payé le 12 janvier pour le 5/6 février. Je n'ai reçu aucun code en lettres, seulement une série de n=°, résultat , nous n'avons pu entrer, quand aux codes en 4 chiffres, ils ne servent à rien ! Je suis extrèmement mécontent, nous avons du prendre un autre hôtel après avoir failli dormir dans la rue, nous avons 80 et 81 ans et ne supportons pas ce genre de plaisanterie. J'exige un remboursement !

Muy complicado el sistema de registro, para mi y mi compañera adulto mayor muy complicado, ademas solicitaron tarjeta de credito para poder hacer el check in y en nuestra reserva a expedia nunca indicaron que hacia falta una tarjeta de credito, nos pusieron en dificultad tratando de encontrar quien nos ayudara. Deben indicar todos los requisitos en las paginas de motores de busqueda para evitar esas sorpresas
