"The swimming pool was great, some of the staff (e.g. at the swimming pool) was very friendly and kind - but not everything was excellent. There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. Also, the advertisement mentions a kitchen where you can prepare food. As we had children, that would have been welcome, but the kitchen hardly had utensils to...

"In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. "The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments....

"Used this hotel as a base for a weekend wedding. The hotel has a lovely village nearby with nice places to eat and a stunning beach town that is only just under a 10 minute drive away. "Stayed there 2 nights. The place are apartments with kitchen and fully equipped. Good WIFI, great pool, spacious, clean apartments. Location is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Plenty of parking. They do not provide bath soap, shampoo or towels. They rent towels for €5, but they were nice enough and didn’t charge me. I checked in earlier than expected and they didn’t charge me extra, but I got a third floor unit and no elevators."

"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"Exceptional service from the recepcionist at our arrival. Large and modern room with a marvelous ocean view. The bed is confortable. Everything clean and modern. It was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the Platja d'Aro restaurants and shopping area. We really appreciate our stay."

Great buffet breakfast & comfy

"We have been in this hotel for the 4th times. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, the room is great, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The downside is that when autumn season, they turn off the air condition a/c and it was hot since we were on top floor. They can provide you with a fan if you want but we didnt ask bc at night we leave the windows open."

"A beautiful property with a stunning view. We initially planned to stay for one night but ended up extending our stay for three days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Will be returning! "

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The breakfast was great! "
