EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
We reserved a KING room through HOTELS.com which was clearly indicated on our confirmation. When we arrived, we were given a small queen room - not what we wanted. Extremely disappointed as the hotel told us that since it was booked by a third party, they (HOTELS.com) have the right to assign whatever room they want.
