"The hotel has no signs, but once found hotel, inside it was great. Booked a room for 3 people, but left items inside of 2 people, such as 2 towels, 2 cups, 2 shower gels and so on. The room and toilet were great. The room could do with a safe and a night light. Could also do with a sign you put outside door requesting for the room to be cleaned. Its about 12-14 minutes walk to Haram. The area around has nice food places. We enjoyed staying in there and would use the hotel again."

"I had a wonderful stay, the staff are polite, professional and always ready to assist. they were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early, which was a big help instead of waiting until 4pm. The hotel location is midway between the northern area, where all the restaurants are, and the South Gate which lead to rawda. "

"You need to adjust location and map direction, I went to different area very far from the hotel, wasted alot of time, all directions on expedia applications are wrong , I used google map to find the Hotel. "

"It was ok but wire hanging off of the ceilings, shower didn't work too well and apparently you need to buy your own toilet paper. Its an apartment they rent out, not really hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for. "

"Our stay here was really good. The place is nice and staff was really friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that it is bit far away from Masjid e Nabwi but if you take UBER / Taxi you will reach in 10 minutes."

"Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. Abdullah called for our taxi to Makkah and help us to find good restuarant. We will send here lots of our friends and fsmily members.There customer service beyond the expectation . Very friendy family place. Tv has lots of chanell for all family members. "
