"Overall hotel is good, doesn’t really look like the pictures though! A little tired now in rooms and the outside especially the pool area. Be good if offered food/drink service when relaxing at the pool. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Staff seem a little disjointed in knowing about the facilities the hotel offers. "Second time to return since last year. I was upgraded from a standard room to a better one. The infinity rooftop pool was the main reason i wanted to return, but this year the water was murky and not clear as before. Also in the middle of the day they chose to put chemicals in, with a "Pool not open" sign, so we couldn't get a late morning swim as before. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good however. A bit disappointed. I'll look elsewhere next time I come to Chennai."

"When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends."

"I have stayed at this hotel before as it is convenient for my business contacts. The staff are friendly, sometimes language gets in the way but we manage through it. The condition of the hotel is needing a lot of TLC, maybe this will change with the purchase by Lemon Tree? Breakfast is mainly Indian as are most of the guests. Don't expect too much. You can get an omelette. Overall it is adequate for the price."

"The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed."
